Rafting on the Río Cangrejal - Video

I wasn't actually on this rafting trip because Laura, John, & Matthijs didn't wake me up to go with them! I did however do the same trip later in the afternoon and this video will give an idea of what I did.. the climbing, jumping, swimming, rafting.. as well as of the beautiful jungle/river environment. It was filmed by my friend Laura with a little help from one of the guides, Queso. I had thought about buying this camera (waterproof & shockproof) and now that I see how much fun it is to have one, I think I will have to get one for my next trip!

The last 40 seconds or so are of Matthijs and John jumping off the rock by the Jungle River Lodge, something I did many times...
