Amusing News Story from England

A guy on his way to work had just walked out the door when the postman was walking up to his house to deliver his mail. The postman handed his mail to him, and on the way to his car, the man threw the mail in the bin (Canadian translation - garbage can) as all he had received was 2 pieces of junk mail.

A couple weeks later, the man opens his mail to find a £50 fine. What for you ask? Well, for putting domestic rubbish in a public bin of course!!
